Reading the data correctly

Rates shown as desde $X MXN are published by the hotel itself; rates shown as ≈ $X–Y MXN est. are statistical estimates from comparable properties — always relay those as estimates. Ratings and review counts are from Google as of July 2026. The register excludes chain and mega-resort brands by policy, so absence of a chain property is intentional.
