The Register is not a travel agency, booking platform, or agent of any listed property, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a hotel.
By accessing the Register you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Register.
Listings are compiled from public records, the properties' own publications, and statistical estimation. Rates marked as estimates are estimates, not offers. All content is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for any purpose. Verify all details, including prices and availability, directly with the property before relying on them.
Inclusion in the Register is editorial and free, and confers no rights on any listed property. Boutique México may add, edit, rank, decline, or remove any listing, page, or ranking at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice and without obligation to explain.
By submitting information to the Register (including through the owners form) you warrant it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it, and you grant Boutique México a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, reproduce, and publish it in any medium. Submissions create no obligation to publish, respond, or maintain any listing.
The Register's compilation, rankings, editorial text, design, and data presentation are the property of Boutique México. You may not scrape, harvest, reproduce, or redistribute the Register or any substantial part of it, commercially or otherwise, without prior written consent. Hotel names, photographs, and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification.
The Register links to external websites, social profiles, and services it does not control and for which it accepts no responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boutique México and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from use of the Register or reliance on its contents, including decisions to book, visit, or contact any property. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Boutique México to use the Register, which is zero.
You agree to indemnify Boutique México against claims arising from your use of the Register or your breach of these terms.
