“El hotel ofrece un ambiente cálido y el personal hace la experiencia aún mejor, súper atentos, Yos, Alberto, Cristian y Majo y el resto del personal son únicos. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y siempre estan limpias, también ofrecen actividades de Kayak gratuito, el muelle complementa perfecto .”

“Para ser un hotel que se promociona como 5 estrellas deja un poco que desear. Lo que no se puede discutir es la increíble vista que tiene a la laguna, definitivamente vale pagar el costo teniendo esa vista, sin embargo la suite (todo incluido) no cuenta con secadora de cabello, no hay línea telefónica a recepción, el jacuzzi lo promocionan como de hidromasaje pero no lo es, tiene alguna fuga porqu”
