“Mi estancia en el hotel fue muy decepcionante. Brenda no entregó las cosas que le pedí, y no me gustó su actitud. No entiendo por qué contratan a personas tan incompetentes en la atención al huésped. A excepción de mi camarista, que fue xochi, quien fue una persona excelente y muy amable. Un día, cuando iba saliendo de mi habitación, vi que Brenda entró y, de manera discreta, tomó las propinas. A ”

“El hotel es muy cómodo y seguro, el personal brinda una excelente atención.
Totalmente recomendado si lo que quieres es descansar y desconectar.
Como plus tiene la playa muy cerca, que dicho sea de paso está muy limpia y el agua cristalina.”

“Buscábamos un hotel PET friendly y Hotel Aventuras fue nuestro mejor lugar sin duda alguna, nos encantó el hotel, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, tienen gym, alberca y jacuzzi incluido en tu reserva.
Cuenta con 2 restaurantes, un rooftop llamado La Vista que es delicioso y Ocotillo con unos desayunos exquisitos, ambos PET friendly también.
La playa queda a escasos metros, tienen varios pasillos ”
