“Tuve una excelente experiencia gracias a Carlos Gonzales. Aunque aún no he tenido la oportunidad de visitar el hotel, él se tomó el tiempo de ayudarme y encontrar una solución, brindando un servicio excepcional. Fue muy amable, atento y realmente comprometido con ofrecer la mejor atención. Se nota cuando alguien hace un esfuerzo extra por los clientes. Sin duda, espero conocerlo en persona pronto.”

“Fui a Bellafer Hotel este fin de semana y me encantó, desde que llegas el personal te recibe con las mejores atenciones, son súper amables y te ayudan en todo.
Me hospedé en la master suite y está bellísima, tiene piscina privada, jacuzzi, servicio a la habitación toda la noche, además cuentan con Sunset bella que es el restaurante del hotel y nos atendió el chef Mario Medina, cada platillo tenía ”
