“El hotel es muy bonito; sin embargo, el servicio deja mucho que desear. Se nota que las meseras hacen su mayor esfuerzo por atender a todos los clientes, pero claramente no se dan abasto. El restaurante tenía, a lo mucho, seis mesas ocupadas, y aun así el servicio fue lento.
La cocina, por su parte, también fue deficiente: los platillos llegaron fríos y no respetaron las especificaciones solicita”
