“He ido varias veces y si no un mesero grosero gritándote que no hay camastros pero si le da a sus amigos, es una gerente cuadrada que te dice las cosas de manera pasivo agresiva. Yo cancunense y trabajando en hoteles por más de 15 años ya les he dado 4 oportunidades de recuperar el servicio pero FATAL!! O los cansan mucho y se desquitan con los “locales” o simplemente no le importa al gerente y ”
