“horrible servicio. desde antes de mi llegada me contactó Marcela super insistente porque quería cobrar mi estancia anticipada y además cobrar un depósito de 350USD, lo cual no salía en los términos de booking. Tuve que responder varias veces muy fuerte que no estaba de acuerdo que me quiere aplicar términos que no eran los de la página. Hasta que ella resistió. De todas maneras me cobró 2 días ant”
