El precio es accesible, las habitaciones están en muy buen estado, son bastante amplias, están limpias, hay agua caliente en todo momento.
La atención es buena, son muy amables y está muy cerca del centro y de la laguna para ir caminando sin ningún problema.”

“¡Una vergüenza! El hotel tlatoani, debe colocar en su información que: se reservan el derecho de admisión. Llamé para hacer una reservación; comenté que dejaríamos nuestro equipaje, partiríamos a un compromiso, y que posteriormente llegaríamos cerca de la madrugada. El hotel se negó a darnos la habitación justificando que ellos cuidan su supuesta “imagen”, de gente que llegue a tales horas a hacer”

“Recomiendo el hotel al 100 es cómodo habitaciónes limpias muy tranquilo el trato de el personal de recepción es muy bueno y son muy amables y respetuosos tiene estacionamiento propio y las camas muy cómodas lo mejor que cuenta con todos los servicios sin duda es mi preferido en Chignahuapan y muy responsables en el tema si necesitas facturar”
