“Experiencia pésima. Las habitaciones estaban sucias; la tina tenía cabellos, lo que demuestra que no hay limpieza ni sanitización entre un huésped y otro.
El personal es grosero, arrogante y prepotente. Te hablan como si estuvieras mendigando alojamiento o como si el servicio fuera regalado. Cero profesionalismo y cero atención al cliente.
