“This hotel is way overrated. The service is bad; everyone tells you something different when you need something. The rooms are loud; there is no resting here. In my opinion, it is dirty as well. The lighting sucks; my wife had a hard time doing makeup for the event.
We requested to be changed to another room, and we got a room where the AC would not go under 26 degrees Celsius. The water coming o”

“Este hotel de lujo sin duda tiene una de las mejores playas de México. He tenido el placer de venir desde hace 8 años y sus ceviches son una parada obligada. También, les súper recomiendo su spa y circuito de hidroterapia, una delicia total. Gracias W Punta de Mita, sin duda volveré.”
