“Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en Zebra Tulum. El hotel tiene una ubicación espectacular, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el ambiente es perfecto para relajarse en familia. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia, haciendo que nos sintiéramos muy bienvenidos.

“Llegamos por nuestra luna de miel y nos encontramos con la gran novedad de que la playa estaba llena de sargazo y toda la zona apestaba. Nos hubiera gustado transparencia ante este hecho y con el full disclosure del mismo, dejarnos escoger si nos hospedábamos ahí o no (porque uno no vive ahí y no conoce si el mar está impactado por sargazo o no). Por el contrario, vas a la web y te muestran un mar”
